What is MyVetPH?

MyVetPH is an application made to cater the needs of all the fur parents out there. With just a simple click, you can make an appointment that is near you.

Is this app available for free?

Yes. MyVetPH is FREE and ready to download.

Are the Vets in this app operating with license?

Yes. The Vet operates with their license to ease your worry.

Is my information safe in this app?

Yes. MyVetPH and MyVetSystem guarantee that your information is safe with utmost confidentiality.

Do I need to register to access the website?

No. You can access the website directly on myvet.ph. However, you need to register to find a clinic near you and book an appointment.

How do I register?

After downloading the app, there will be an option for you to Sign Up to start the registration.

Do Vet Clinics in this app operate with official registration from DTI?

Yes. The Vet Clinics operate in accordance with the law.

How do I verify my account?

A verification code will be sent through your registered email for confirmation.

Can I register using my Facebook account?

No. You may only register using an email account (e.g. Gmail, Yahoomail, etc.).

Is the app available in iOS or Android?

MyVetPH is available for Android users. IOS users can download it for free soon!

How do I reset my password?

In the Login/Sign up page, you can click “Forgot Password” to reset your password.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update your personal information on the “My Profile” section of the MyVetPH.

What are the requirements that I need to accomplish the registration process?

To complete the registration process, your personal information will be required to sign up to the MyVetPH. These personal information will be used by your vet to see the information needed before you visit the veterinary clinic along with your pet/s.

I’m a Vet and is there a way to register my clinic through the app?

MyVetPH is for appointment bookings of pet owners ONLY. If you want to register your clinic, please proceed to MyVetPH website for more information. Click here.

Is the subscription for Vets free?

No. In order for your clinic to be listed on MyVetPH, you need to choose the type of subscription you want but prices may vary depending on the subscription you choose.

What are the types of subscription available?

There are four (4) types of subscription plans available, namely Puppy, Junior, Puppy+, and Junior+.

If I subscribe to a package, will I be able to upgrade it?

Yes. You may upgrade to another plan anytime.

Do you do refunds?

We do not do refunds. If you cancelled your subscription and it has not been fully used, note that your payment is not refundable. If you upgraded to another plan and have not fully used your current subscription, changes will immediately be applied but your payment is not refundable.

If I subscribe to a package, will I be able to downgrade it?

No. You are only allowed to upgrade to another plan.

Can I cancel my subscription?

No. However, you have the option to upgrade to another plan or delete your clinic. If you cancelled your subscription, and it has not been fully used, note that your payment is not refundable.

How do I start getting patients on the app?

After you pay for your subscription, you will get patients as soon as your subscription has been processed by the system.

How long does it take to process my subscription?

As soon as you receive a confirmation that your subscription was successful, you can start using the perks depending on your subscribed plan.

Where can I see the list of patients I transacted with?

You may check it under Profile and Reports on your MyVet System account. However, this is only accessible for those who availed Puppy+ and Junior+.

What is the difference with My Vet System, MyVetPH, and My Vet PH

MyVetPH is the mobile application where customers can find your clinic and book an appointment. My Vet System is the veterinary side of My Vet in which you can have access to the admin functions and database of your clinic. My Vet PH is the website where you can see the list of subscription plans for vets and features of MyVetPH.

What information or documents do I need to submit to verify that my clinic is registered?
In order for us to verify that your clinic is verified and true, we would be needing the following documents:
  • Scanned copy of your Business Permit for the current year
  • One (1) valid government-issued ID

List of accepted IDs:
  • Social Security System – SSS ID/Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card
  • Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver’s License
  • Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) / Integrated Department of Labor and Employment (iDOLE) card
  • Voter’s ID
  • Valid Passport
Is there a fee for user registration?
No. MyVetPH is FREE and ready for download.
How can I connect with Vet Clinics?

You must allow the MyVetPH to use your real-time location in order to find Vet Clinics near you.

Why does it take too long for me to book an appointment?
MyVetPH offers Vet Clinics that are near your location. It may take a while if there isn’t one near you.
Why can’t I book other schedules?

The time slot schedule cannot be booked if it’s unavailable or if the time slot reached the maximum number of appointments.

If I have multiple pets, can I bring all of them to the vet clinic?

Yes, but we have set a limit of two (2) pets per owner for every time slot. If you have more than two pets, you have to book another appointment for it.

Can I register my pets in the app?
Yes. You can register your pets in the MyVetPH under the “Pet Profile” section.
Can I pay the Vet through this app?

No. MyVetPH only offers Clinic Listings and Appointment Bookings and not the payment for the Vet Clinics.

Why can’t I find a Vet Clinic around me?

MyVetPH offers Vet Clinics that are near your location. It means that there’s no nearby Vet Clinics around you.

Can I book an appointment for other people?

No. MyVetPH requires you to register your pets to book an appointment. However, you can refer this app to other fur parents out there to book their appointment through our mobile app.

Is it possible to cancel my appointment?

Yes. You may cancel your appointment anytime.

Can I reschedule my appoinment?

Yes. You may reschedule your appointment once.

Can I view my past visits with a clinic?

Yes. You may view your past visits and its details under My Schedule.
