No. You can access the website directly on myvet.ph. However, you need to register to find a clinic near you and book an appointment.
After downloading the app, there will be an option for you to Sign Up to start the registration.
Yes. The Vet Clinics operate in accordance with the law.
A verification code will be sent through your registered email for confirmation.
No. You may only register using an email account (e.g. Gmail, Yahoomail, etc.).
MyVetPH is available for Android users. IOS users can download it for free soon!
In the Login/Sign up page, you can click “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
You can update your personal information on the “My Profile” section of the MyVetPH.

To complete the registration process, your personal information will be required to sign up to the MyVetPH. These personal information will be used by your vet to see the information needed before you visit the veterinary clinic along with your pet/s.

No. In order for your clinic to be listed on MyVetPH, you need to choose the type of subscription you want but prices may vary depending on the subscription you choose.
There are four (4) types of subscription plans available, namely Puppy, Junior, Puppy+, and Junior+.
Yes. You may upgrade to another plan anytime.
We do not do refunds. If you cancelled your subscription and it has not been fully used, note that your payment is not refundable. If you upgraded to another plan and have not fully used your current subscription, changes will immediately be applied but your payment is not refundable.
No. You are only allowed to upgrade to another plan.
No. However, you have the option to upgrade to another plan or delete your clinic. If you cancelled your subscription, and it has not been fully used, note that your payment is not refundable.
After you pay for your subscription, you will get patients as soon as your subscription has been processed by the system.
As soon as you receive a confirmation that your subscription was successful, you can start using the perks depending on your subscribed plan.
You may check it under Profile and Reports on your MyVet System account. However, this is only accessible for those who availed Puppy+ and Junior+.
MyVetPH is the mobile application where customers can find your clinic and book an appointment. My Vet System is the veterinary side of My Vet in which you can have access to the admin functions and database of your clinic. My Vet PH is the website where you can see the list of subscription plans for vets and features of MyVetPH.
- Scanned copy of your Business Permit for the current year
- One (1) valid government-issued ID
List of accepted IDs:
- Social Security System – SSS ID/Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card
- Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver’s License
- Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) / Integrated Department of Labor and Employment (iDOLE) card
- Voter’s ID
- Valid Passport
You must allow the MyVetPH to use your real-time location in order to find Vet Clinics near you.
The time slot schedule cannot be booked if it’s unavailable or if the time slot reached the maximum number of appointments.
Yes, but we have set a limit of two (2) pets per owner for every time slot. If you have more than two pets, you have to book another appointment for it.
No. MyVetPH only offers Clinic Listings and Appointment Bookings and not the payment for the Vet Clinics.
MyVetPH offers Vet Clinics that are near your location. It means that there’s no nearby Vet Clinics around you.
No. MyVetPH requires you to register your pets to book an appointment. However, you can refer this app to other fur parents out there to book their appointment through our mobile app.
Yes. You may cancel your appointment anytime.
Yes. You may reschedule your appointment once.
Yes. You may view your past visits and its details under My Schedule.
